Don Breazeale and Associates, Inc. (DBA) was founded by Irena and Don Breazeale in 1987.

Our Associates are drawn from key senior management decision making positions in the freight industry. The DBA professionals have considerable experience in the development of feasibility studies, business and strategic plans, and implementation planning. In addition we have experience in financial engineering, private and public sector funding, market research and analysis, freight operations, and project management.

Our strength and experience is balanced between the private and public sectors and we therefore have the ability to bring the issues related to the movement of freight into the public transportation planning and decision making process and concurrently to actively engage the private sector in the process as well.
